SHIPPING + DELIVERY

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

Our studio is located on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. All products are created and ship from this location.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS ON ITS WAY?

When your order is dispatched from our studio you will be emailed a dispatch notification which contains your tracking number. All orders are sent via Australia Post. For all international orders, once your item has entered your country, tracking and delivery information is available via your local postal service website.

MY ORDER IS TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO BE DELIVERED

If your order is taking longer that expected to reach you, please contact your local postal service and they will be able to assist you further. 

AUSTRALIA POST HAS LOST MY ORDER

On the rare occasion that Australia Post loses your order, please contact us on kptnmmxxii@gmail.com with the following information:

• Order Number
• Australia Post case number
• Screenshot of Australia Post correspondence deeming the parcel is Lost in Transit (LIT).
