RETURNS

If you purchase one of our products and find it isn't the right fit, or just isn't for you, please contact us via our online form or email kptnmmxxii@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. If you do not contact us within this 14 day period, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:

  • Products must not have been worn, washed, soiled or altered in any way.
  • Products must be returned with original tags attached and be in the same condition as when you received them.

Once your request to return a product has been received, we will provide you with details on how to return the item/s. 

REFUNDS

When we have received your returned item/s, our team will asses the condition of your item/s before processing a refund. 

When your refund has been approved and processed, you will receive an email notification. All refunds are processed back onto your original order payment method, and please allow 3 - 5 business days for funds to be returned to your account. If you have received email notification that your refund has been processed, but your funds are taking longer than expected to clear, please contact your financial institution for further information.

In the event that your item/s are returned not in their original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. If your refund is refused, you (the customer) will be required to pay for return shipping of the returned item/s.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us via our online form or email kptnmmxxii@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that you include your order number and any photographs of the issue/s. 

If you do not contact us within this 14 day period, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
